Master Plan

Wedgewood Forest is a 111-acre planned community for approximately 280 single-family homes from recognized builders situated on 55- to 65-foot homesites. Surrounded by a natural forest, the intimate community is situated along Highway 105, within minutes of the 21,000-acre Lake Conroe, as well as major shopping, dining and entertainment on Highway 105 and Loop 336. Planned amenities included walking trails, a lake and open spaces.
