Land Tejas communities offer both guard‑gated and non-gated villages, lakeside enclaves and resort-style amenities. Homes within our communities are priced from the high $200s to the $500s and are built by the finest national and local builders.
A testament to the strength of our execution is that Land Tejas communities have been ranked among the top-performing developments in the nation. Most recently, Canyon Lakes West has been recognized for a third consecutive year among the nation’s 20 top-selling communities, according to two independent research firms.
In addition, Land Tejas believes in supporting the greater Houston area and in 2015 made a record-breaking 14th donation to the Greater Houston Builders Association Benefit Home Project, giving a homesite to be used to build a home with donated materials, labor and services. Proceeds from the home’s sale benefit Texas Children’s Cancer Center, the Alzheimer’s Association and HomeAid Houston.
